We make every effort to make sure our products are of quality and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to using our website and services or making your purchase. Use of our website and services and purchase of our merchandise and services indicates your acknowledgement, understanding and agreement to these terms.

LUCK-IT GAMES

By signing up to play any of our games, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold LUCK-IT, and any of its respective directors, officers, representatives, partners and contractors, harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our games.
You also agree that all game details are copyrighted and trade secrets that are protected by intellectual property laws, and agree not to, at any time during the games and thereafter, disclose, use, copy, distribute, display publicly, create derivative works of, transfer or sell, any confidential or proprietary information of our games. LUCK-IT reserves all rights to take legal actions against any infringement.

LUCK-IT AFFORDABLE ART SERVICES

The colour of print and dimensions of the actual product may differ slightly from your screen as it is based on a different way of displaying colour and depends largely on monitor and operating system settings.
Each product is hand-made and may differ slightly from the same item made at a different time.
For customers using their own images, the quality of your image on canvas is directly influenced by the quality and/or size of the image you send us. If the original is not a good candidate for enlarging we will let you know before proceeding into production. LUCK-IT is unfortunately unable to improve the quality of any image that does not adhere to printing requirements. If you are unsure if your image file fits printing requirements, kindly email us at shopkeeper[ at ]luck-it.net and someone will help you.
We presently only deliver within Singapore.
LUCK-IT is unable to amend orders once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct item, size and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 6 working days upon receipt of payment. Delivery is carried out between 10am-6pm daily, including weekends and local public holidays.

RETURNS

Returns are only applicable for physical products. There will be no refund for digital products.
Returns will only be done for an item in its original condition, undamaged.
If you would like to return your item, please email us at shopkeeper[ at ]luck-it.net before sending the item back to us.
All returns have to be sent back to us within 10 working days from the date the item was delivered. All additional delivery costs have to be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue you a Return Coupon that will allow you to purchase any product(s) from our store up to the price value of your returned item.
Return Coupons will only last for 60 days. The credit will be valid for 60 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
Each Return Coupon can only be utilised in one transaction. Any excess credit will not be refunded.
We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns.
LUCK-IT does not do Returns for items sold via any other third party.

PAYMENT

Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
We accept 3 modes of payment: PayNow, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
For customers who choose Bank Transfer, it may take between 2-3 days for your payment to reach us, depending on your bank. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
For customers who choose PayPal, we do not see or store your credit card or payment details. If you need any additional information regarding PayPal’s policies, please refer to www.paypal.com.

To fulfil your order(s), we need to collect some personal information from you. This will include your name, address and contact details. Your details are treated as strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party, except for the purpose of delivery arrangements. Please read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
